What if I need more than 10 SIMs?
If you have more than 10 lines, we can get some extra special pricing for you.10 is the catalyst which triggers a commercial business case. We then take this case to a mobile network and effectively "pitch" your business, getting you network buy in to land the absolute best pricing.
What happens at the end of my contract?
Your contract rolls over on a monthly basis, with a minimum term of 12 or 24 months. We will contact you before the end of the minimum term to ensure that you still have the best available deal for your business.
Do you perform a credit check?
If youβre a new customer to O2 Business, O2 will perform a soft credit check, as missing a payment can affect your credit score negatively.
How long will it take to receive my SIM?
We offer next day dispatch for orders processed before 3pm.
